Not in Columbus? No worries, I do restocks on my website! I do not have preset restock dates, when a date has been selected I will post it on IG.
*If there is nothing on my website it means I do not have current stock available for online purchases. Everything I make is fully handmade & takes time. I always have stock for events that I am involved with. See my events page for more info!*

What types of payments do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paypal. I am happy to offer two new buy now pay later options. ShopPay & AfterPay are now available at checkout! I do not accept Venmo.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Only select items are eligible for exchange. I DO NOT accept returns on any items. Please contact me with exchange requests.
Do you offer Resizing?
I no longer offer resizing. This applies to any & all rings purchased. If you are unsure of your size please order one of my at home ring sizers before purchasing. You can find ring sizers here.
I ordered a Ring Sizer but I’m unsure how to use it?
All ring sizers come with instructions when you order. First look for your instructions. If you can’t find them follow these steps:
1. Make sure you use the correct finger on the correct hand. The fingers on our dominant hand are often larger than on the non-dominant hand
2. Put the end of the ring sizer through the “buckle”. Slowly pull it through until you have a large sized ring that you can easily put onto the finger
3. Put the ring sizer over the chosen finger and gently pull it tighter until you have the correct size
4. The measured ring size to use is the one on the inside of the buckle of the ring sizer
5. The correct size should allow the ring sizer to move over the knuckle without too much effort
6. If the gauge on the ring sizer shows a point between two sizes, you may be a half size. Find the notch on the sizer to determine the correct size.
7. If you still have questions, email me & I will help the best that I can.
Do you accept Custom Orders?

As of 10.1.21 I do not know an exact reopen date for custom requests. If you have requested to be added to my list you will be the first to know. Thank you for your patience & understanding! The custom list is now closed, please check back a a later date for a reopen date. Thank you!

I have an old ring that needs some new life, what can you do?
First and foremost - I LOVE RE-WORKS! Re-works fall under my custom category. If my customs are closed so are my re-works.
I have a custom order in the works but I want to make changes, what do I do?
First & foremost email me ASAP. Based on our timeline I will give you a grace period to make changes to your custom order. If you have passed this grace period & still want to make changes, email me first to see if it is possible. If so I charge for the cost of extra material & $50/hr for started project, $75/hr if the project is already finished. I don’t do this to punish you but to protect my time. I ask a ton of questions when working with you so please, ask questions BEFORE we agree on a project. You are agreeing to this by paying your non refundable deposit or by paying in full. Thank you in advance for understanding.
How long does shipping take?
I ship ‘standard’ orders on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. You will receive an automated email with tracking when your item has been packed.
Need your items faster?
I offer expedited shipping for $10 at checkout. This includes USPS 2-3 day shipping. I try my best to ship ‘expedited’ orders next day, sometimes this isn’t always possible.
I do not ship on weekends.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
As of 10.1.21 I am resuming my normal pick up schedule at Good Girl HQ.
Pick-ups are available Tuesday’s & Thursday’s from 4-6pm & at local events. If you would like to pick-up at an event please let me know via email when you get your scheduling link. When selecting pick-up at checkout please keep this in mind!
I want Good Girl products in my shop, do you wholesale?
I am open to wholesale requests! As long as we have the same ideals & our styles line up. Products and pricing is determined on a case by case basis. Contact me for more deets!
