I want to shop the Good Girl HQ, how can I make that happen?

If you didn’t know Good Girl HQ hosts 15 different artists, makers & resellers. Wild, I know. You can shop the HQ every Friday starting December 3rd! Personal shopping days will be listed at the beginning of each week to the gram - don’t forget to check our stories for deets. The HQ is also open year round every second Friday from 6-10pm. 

 

 I recently discovered you, how can I purchase?

Welcome! If you are located in or around Columbus, OH check out my events page to find what market I will be slinging jewels a next.

Not in Columbus? No worries, I do restocks on my website! I do not have preset restock dates, when a date has been selected I will post it on IG. 

*If there is nothing on my website it means I do not have current stock available for online purchases. Everything I make is fully handmade & takes time. I always have stock for events that I am involved with. See my events page for more info!*

I am hoping to expand my market cities in the near future. Want me to come to your city? Send an email to savannah@goodgirlsilver.com with your city & *bonus* market options. If your city ends up on my set list you will get 30% off your purchase with me at that market!

 

What types of payments do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal & shop pay. I do not accept Venmo.

 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Only select items are eligible for exchange. I DO NOT accept returns on any items. Please contact me with exchange requests. 

 

Do you offer Resizing?

I do not offer resizing. Ring sizers can be found here.

  

Do you accept Custom Orders or Re-works?

Yes, but keep reading.

As of 11.25.21 I do not know an exact reopen date for custom requests. If you have requested to be added to my list you will be the first to know. Thank you for your patience & understanding! The custom list is now closed, please check back a a later date for a reopen date. Thank you!

How long does shipping take?

 I ship ‘standard’ orders on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s.  You will receive an automated email with tracking when your item has been packed.  

Need your items faster?

I offer expedited shipping for $10 at checkout. This includes USPS 2-3 day shipping. I try my best to ship ‘expedited’ orders next day, sometimes this isn’t always possible.

I do not ship on weekends.

I am not liable for lost or stolen packages. Orders over $150 come with shipping insurance.

My online shop will be CLOSED after 12/9/21. If you would still like to shop I can be found at two pop-ups during the month of December. Festivus - December 10, 11, 12 and Matchmakers Merriment Market December 18 & 19.  

 

 Local Pick-ups:

Pick-ups are available Tuesday’s & Thursday’s from 4-6pm & at local events. If you would like to pick-up at an event please let me know via email when you get your scheduling link. When selecting pick-up at checkout please keep this in mind! 

  

I want Good Girl products in my shop, do you wholesale?

I am open to wholesale requests! As long as we have the same ideals & our styles line up. Products and pricing is determined on a case by case basis. Contact me for more deets!
